RadAnalyzer USG Pilot — Terms v1.0
Effective 2026-05-20
What the pilot is
The RadAnalyzer USG Predictor pilot collects anonymized feline bloodwork and clinical outcome data from participating veterinary clinics. Data submitted through this portal is used for external validation of the existing USG Predictor model and the resulting peer-reviewed publication. Submitted data is not incorporated into model training datasets.
What you represent when you submit a case
By submitting cases through this portal, you represent that you have the right to share the de-identified bloodwork values and outcome data with RadAnalyzer for the validation purpose described above.
Anonymization
Submissions are de-identified before any analysis or publication. Patient names and owner names entered for your own record-keeping stay scoped to your clinic code and are not used in analyses or published results. Cat-level identifiers and clinic identifiers are stripped from any aggregated outputs.
Clinic-level partitioning
Your clinic's data is partitioned by clinic code. Other participating clinics cannot read, query, or otherwise access your data through this portal. Access is enforced both client-side (per-clinic scoping in the UI) and server-side (Firestore security rules + server-validated clinic codes).
What we will not do with this data
- We will not add data submitted through this portal to RadAnalyzer's model training datasets.
- We will not sell or transfer your clinic's de-identified data to third parties for their own model training.
- We will not publish identifying information about a clinic, vet, patient, or owner.
Withdrawal
You can stop submitting cases at any time. If you want previously-submitted cases removed from the validation set, contact RadAnalyzer with your clinic code and we will remove them.
Changes
These are the v1.0 pilot terms. If the terms change in a way that affects how submitted data is used, you will be asked to re-acknowledge before submitting further cases.
